Three Things You Should Do With Old Email Lists

What are you doing with all those email addresses you’ve collected?

Past clients, almost clients, referral sources… Email lists are like a gold mine. You’ve just got to have the right approach and you can get something incredible out of them. Recently, I did just that with one of our clients. Watch our new video for more! 👇

You're missing out if you're not using your old email lists

1. Get new work

We first sent out an email with a unique offer. If any of the recipients had a relative in need of an estate plan, they could refer them to us and we’d offer the service at last year’s prices.

We received quite a few responses, and new work came in. As long as the offer’s relevant and doesn’t ask much of the referrer, it’ll work.

2. Wake up clients who didn’t finish

A couple past clients responded to our email, reminded of some uncompleted work.

My cleint was able to jump on it, wrap up these projects, and get paid for them. Everyone’s happy.

3. Get reviews

Lastly, several clients reached out just to say thank you. We not only got to check in, but that gave us an opportunity to request reviews.

To my surprise, they obliged!

So not only did we get new work and referrals from this old email list, but we also gathered valuable reviews and completed pending tasks, which led to extra revenue for our client.

If you have an old email list gathering dust, or you feel like your monthly newsletters are falling flat, let’s talk. I bet we can do something awesome with that list.
