What’s included
Your Website Care Plan includes monthly WordPress/core/plugin updates, daily backups (with 14‑day retention), security monitoring, uptime checks, and email/phone support, updates to pro plugins, monthly report, malware cleanup, and limited content updates.

Refund Policy
If you cancel within the first 7 days and haven’t used more than one month of service, we’ll issue a prorated refund. After that, no refunds for unused future time, but you can cancel anytime.

Delivery & Service Scheduling
We conduct most updates monthly. Backups happen daily. We use two separate backup services. Uptime monitoring happens constantly. Support requests are handled within 48 hours on business days.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime via your account or email us. Billing stops at the end of the current period; there is no early termination fee.
